I read the short story Shadow of the Leviathan by Josh Reynolds in which Tigurius fights a Maleceptor sent to kill him. That got me thinking, what if he had lost and what if he had somehow been turned to the Tyranid side.
That’s what this kitbash lead to and I think it worked out alright!

Bits and kits used in this kitbash
Of course I used Tigurius as the base for this kitbash and then a bunch of bits and pieces from the Acolyte Hybrids from the Genestealer Cults. The left arm, head, skull and banner on his backpack are all from this one kit.
The tip of the staff is from the Dark Commune box. There are a bunch of great bits and pieces in there that you can use for all kinds of conversions and kitbashes.
